This park is nasty. Roach infested, drama filled people, stray cats everywhere, bad sewer lines, and the park manager does everything the cheap way and is hard to get ahold of. Took 2 years to get him to fix the kitchen ceiling in one of the trailers. Screw this park.

Biggest mistake moving here owner puts in a central air got it fixed two times in a week now won't get it done the write way he says its a want not a need even since ther is young kids here in a heat wave
