Nice quiet community. Well maintained. Kind office staff. Great location too. Very family friendly with nearby parks and school. Good neighborhood. Reasonably priced too - the rent and homes. My only wish is for more speeding bumps to be added because while most people drive reasonably, there’s a few fast drivers that worry me.

I’ve lived here for about 10 months now and let me tell you this definitely isn’t a place you want to live or buy a home from the lady in the office Deanna is a con artist a lying disrespectful a hypocrite and much more you think your rent is $450 no it ends up being like $620 if not more you pay a water and a sewer bill every month here a municipal Service fee of $95 dollars every month also so what is supposed to be $450 isn’t really she will lie out her teeth just to sell a mobile home to anyone knowing that all the brand new mobile homes in here, have furnace problems after living here for 7 months and turning on my furnace it had problems and when I called to ask about it she new immediately, what was wrong with my furnace how would you no that unless everyone else is having problems with their furnace which I’ve talked to a lot of people that have a new mobile home and they all said the same thing that she new about the faulty furnaces and there is more then just that so please whatever you do don’t move in here you will immediately regret it
Great place to live if don't mind dogs barking constantly, dogs running around with no leash, drugs and loud music. None of the rules are enforced. Call the office and NOTHING is done about the issues. Was a nice place to live before new management took over.
