I have lived in this trailer park for five and 1/2. Years and have never been late on my lot rent. Absolute Property Services wouldn't renew my lease and wouldn't explain why. Now they have asked me to vacate the premises, and have given me thirty days to do so. I own my trailer but can't afford to move it and have no family in town, just lost my husband due to a automobile accident and now I'm losing my home with no where to go. Any body can help I would appreciate it. I have to vacate by May 18, 2018. Thanks Absolute, I've been a good tenant, but I give you bad reviews.

Called twice and left two messages. No call back. Not professional. I believe who ever is in charge should call people back who are interested in a lot, even if there isn't a lot available, you should call and let that person know ..that's called doing your job like you should. #dobetter

This park is now owned by a wonderful company that has made great improvements and removed dilapidated homes out and put nicer homes in with great tenants! He is continually making improvements the park and it is a nice family atmosphere there.

I have friends here and they like it. The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. They don't have a lot of turn over so that says something in itself.
