Very nice trailer park on 231 north of Montgomery. They keep it well maintained. Their lot rent is now $418 per mth. Nothing else is included just lot rent. They don't put up with anyone that causes problems. Under new Owners and Management .
Sid the manager is a money-hungry manager who tries to make money off every little thing off of his tenants the rates are here are ridiculous it used to be like rent with water and garbage included now they charge you another 75 dollars plus water, Sid will tell you we're going to have to cut some trees down and you're going to have to pay so much in order to stay here, or you can't have something on your deck are you going to have to pay extra on your rent this place is running downhill since the new owners took over

Was followed by a resident that lives in park.when I arrived at my destination, this idiot that followed me was standing outside my vehicle cursing me! Said I flipped him off,which I did not! But verbally assaulted me for no reason! Real idiits in this world!! He must of been on something! Manager should do background checks on all her residents! Some people !!!
