There are only a few mobile home parks left in our area. This 1 for the most part It's a very well kept mobile home park that has an allowance of no trailers older than nineteen eighty five I believe. They have their own garbage pickup and plowing service right through the mobile home park. There is a small. But nice play area for the kids. People seem to follow the rules of the trailer park very well because other yards are pretty maintained and kept up and free of clutter which makes the park look very presentable.
