These typically revolve around the leasing of land plots for mobile homes and maintaining common areas. Potential services at Post Acres MH would likely include:
- Lot Rentals: For residents who own their mobile home, the primary service is the rental of a lot within the community. This lot provides the space for the home, along with access to essential utilities like water, sewer, and often electrical connections (though residents typically pay for their own utility consumption).
- Community Management: This involves the oversight of the park's operations, including enforcing community rules and regulations, managing common areas, and addressing resident concerns. Effective management is crucial for maintaining a desirable living environment.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: The park management is generally responsible for the upkeep of shared spaces such as roads within the park, street lighting, and any communal green areas.
- Utility Hookups: While residents usually pay for their own utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, gas, internet/cable), the park provides the necessary hookups and infrastructure for these services at each lot.
- Trash Removal: Most mobile home parks facilitate trash collection services for residents, often through communal dumpsters or curbside pickup arrangements.

Customer Reviews
About three decades ago, this was a nice quiet place to live. It is now run by management that only caters to certain people and the place is very poorly managed. Rules not followed. Lots of theft, small unattended children left outside running the streets, kids and teens tearing up property and so much activity that was never allowed when Daryl and Bill Cohron ran the place!!!!
Hell on earth! The manager is corrupt and has allowed this place to turn into a slum. Drunks all night of the week walking through yards at night. Thefts, kids running wild doing property damage, Trash every where, and every rule and law broken. Owners are worse than used car salesman and sell junk to victims. The State regulators need to step in to control this nightmare. You can see that Cohrons have their sales staff posting fake reviews on all their property comments section. Just drive through on a Monday afternoon and see all the trash all over the ground. So the ones claiming it is clean is a fake account.
They do keep a handle on pretty much everything there but in the good laid back this is nice kinda way.
Manager Carino Moreno was rude which lead me to the owners Matt and Bob Cohron which Matt Cohron was equally rude.
Grew up there and have so many memories of that place. You can take the boy out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the boy. Haha πππππ
