Absolutly amazing, the owners are so kind and caring, the parks are in amazing condition and so are the trailers and its so quiet. I had a issue with my flooring and they came out right away and fixed it that day and made sure my cats didnt get out. I love living here.
The place is an out of the way gem. The court is well kept and includes ponds and lots of trees and grass. The residents seem like nice and friendly, family type people. The manger is a very nice guy who took time to answer all of my daughter's questions and concerns. Country living on the edge of town!
They have cheap rent and a good location. The maintenance guy is really good. They are slow to fix though because they only have 1 guy for 3 parks. After you are past your 1 year lease they really slow down on maintenance to try and get you to buy. When I left they never did a final walkthrough. They charged me for maintenance issues that weren't my fault I had notified them needing repair 6 months before then.
We didn't have the best credit (it was bad) and have never owned a home before. We were a new/young family of 5. We came to family first with a few thousand dollars from our tax refund. They were able to get us qualified for a loan as they were the cosigner. Lot rent was $235 per month, and the house payment to the bank was $315. That's only $550 a month for my 1200sf 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that's MINE!! Home came with all appliances. Was told if anything goes wrong with appliances or heat and air within a few weeks to talk to them and they would work with us on getting it fixed/replaced. Don't know that that offer is extended anymore but it was nice as they didn't have to since the home is sold "as is". Never had an issue though. They do an adopt a family every year for Christmas. Has some qualifications but nothing you shouldn't be doing anyways. Our family was struggling the first year. Christmas looked bleak. My wife entered her essay to win and we did. Words can't describe the generosity...just thank you so much Family First!! We will never forget and one day will pay it forward. They offer a handfull of other incentives as well. Schools were great. Haysville schools. Now our house is paid off and our credit is awesome. Looking to buy our forever home now.
Ive resided at Family First for a good four yrs between different monile homes and love were i live ! we all know each other and watch out for each other too, Management is good and the owners are also greT people! the only reason i gave it a four star was that we were able to pay 75$ for use of the pool in cotton wood grove, yet the owner pased last year bless his heart he was a sweet ole man, RIP to u nice fella! well i would recommend people to live here.
