Bad management, they don't respond to service calls or see to check messages. The trailers are trashy, unless your near the back of the park, than they are nice.
The company that owns this place are slumlords. They have raised lot fees twice in one year and does nothing to make this place better maintenance is a joke and NEVER shows up and doesn't know how to fix anything.
Great place to live. Very quiet, great neighbors. Nothing but good things to say about the Manager, staff and maintenance. Pay your rent on time and keep check of your children and you shouldn't have any issues with manager or staff. Very pleasant place to call home.
Warning to others: This place is nothing but filth! They have cockroaches,mildew, and trailers that are falling apart. My daughter finally got out of this place after 2 years. They will hide everything from you. Management is the worst I have ever seen. They only work when they want. I wouldn’t even give them one star. You can pay your rent on time and still get the worst maintenance around. Look elsewhere!!!!
The Manager, was extremely rude , very hateful, and very unprofessional . ai heard how she was cursing and speaking to those kids , nothing they could have done deserved the way she talks to people, I'm very glad I didn't move into her community ,
