So far we have lived here since July 2021 and its been nice and peaceful. Good neighborhood. So far no vandalism or theft. Neighbors keep to themselves pretty much. The landlord and staff are nice. Its not a gated community but we still like it here. And they allow pets, bigger dogs can be accepted with permission.
Don't let it fool you. Lived in the park for a few years and had no more issues than I would have living anywhere in Wichita.
