There is no maintenance. All the trailers on this property are all run down and falling apart. The ground is mostly sand, so your yard is full of stickers. All around, just a horrible trailer park.

Horrible owner/ Manager who runs it. Don't buy a moble or rent a lot. Keep driving . Drive as fast as you can away from here.

Repeatedly tried calling into the office and no one would answer and this was during office hours. Trailers are missing their numbers and a lot of the homes are vacant and disrepair. This place would be raided a one out of 10.

Wasn't a bad lil trailor park on the southwest side of town located off of MacAurthur Place mobile home park!!! Quaint little park with row upon row is ergonomic design homes and driveways...

Needs lots of attention on vacant trailers and some that are lived in. Trailers have busted out windows, trash all over and at park entrance watch the big chuck hole that takes up almost half the drive. If you hit it good chance your car will need to be aligned. Also a huge cat problem, cats everywhere! Will add photos next time I’m there.
