There is no maintenance. All the trailers on this property are all run down and falling apart. The ground is mostly sand, so your yard is full of stickers. All around, just a horrible trailer park.

Jan 18, 2025 · Georgia BryantRepeatedly tried calling into the office and no one would answer and this was during office hours. Trailers are missing their numbers and a lot of the homes are vacant and disrepair. This place would be raided a one out of 10.

Trailers have busted out windows, trash all over and at park entrance watch the big chuck hole that takes up almost half the drive. If you hit it good chance your car will need to be aligned. Also a huge cat problem, cats everywhere! Will add photos next time I’m there.
