This is a nice, quiet community perfectly located on the outskirts of Pataskala, Ohio. Short 20 minute commute to Columbus. Great wooded views at the back of the park. Good park management. Well lit at night perfect for dog walking on summer nights. Well maintained lots with friendly neighbors.

A lot of holes in the streets. Home's needs to be washed down. Some lots don't have drive ways. Some sort of construction going on next to the trailer park. If regular homes are going in there traffic will be picking up.
It's a nice place to live but if you meet the manager Amber she is all sweet my mom moved there back in December of 2018 and she rented out a trailer until her new home was ready and in early 2019 my mom went to visit Amber and she said that she put her on the good street and she lied she put my Mom in a lot with cracks in the driveway and a street light that does not work and they said that they can not fix it and her neighbor was a crazy old lady she went nacked and she tried to pull down my mom's TV satellite and she went into a puddle and scared my mom's dog and Amber did not do anything to get the old lady out of her home and we have pothole problems. Amber does her job but not well.
Since the first time I met the Manager - she did EVERYTHING she said would. Kept in touch, help facilitate financing, compassionate, professional and honest! Willow Brook is a great community of people helping people. Group Facebook for residents only is VERY useful too. Yes, the weather took its toll on the streets and the ongoing bad weather conditions kept repairs lingering. BUT, those days are over AND the play area has been updated too. Willow Brook will continue to grow with the surrounding area. As more new homes arrive and upgrades continue along with additional quality residents; Willowbrook will be THE place to be in the future! Thanks for everything!!
