Nice and quiet community to live in, right next to a bike path, good for exercise. My only complaints would be that they change management too often and when they do that new rules come with that and they are always finding ways to raise your the lot rent.

27+ year resident of Amber MHP. Conveniently located near shopping, recreational activities (pool) and bike trail with decent school district. As with any neighborhood there are nicer homes and some that need a little TLC. We take pride in our home and have some great neighbors that do as well. Decent community to have raised our family and now enjoy our later years.❤️

Been living in amber homes for a little bit now, easy access to stores in heath/Newark, walking path right next to us and is over all a nice quiet place, me and my family have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy the park.

Very nice clean facility!! Tucked away in a quiet area, but only a mile or two from all the shopping on Rt 79 and 30th St.
