Lived here under a year. Had a plumbing issue that resulted in 6 days of staying elsewhere because of sewage leaking underneath our home. Couldn't get a professional plumber out because they owed the one money who was going to fix it the right way. Took maintenance 21 days to fix it properly. Never got pro rated for our rent our reimbursed for having to stay elsewhere etc for those 6 days. Now, no manager yet because our other quit so not enough communication. Trying to say multiple residents owe a balance when none of us owed anything prior. Can't get corporate or anyone to call back and say THIS is why you owe and what its for. Frustrating and annoying to live here. Don't suggest it. Also had water leak behind us, main line. It went on from Oct 2023 to February 2024. Residents behind us had OUTRAGEOUS water bills because they were charging them for the usage but it was the leak, 600 water bills!

Since new ownership has taken over lots of great things have been happening, I’ve seen old dilapidated homes taken down or out of the park, the trees being cut back was a huge he improvement. Stephanie is a really great manager and will work diligently to help in any way.
We love working with Ms. Christine, she's one of the best property managers in the business. This park is under new ownership and management, and they are doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend this park and all of their other communities.
Managment is Awesome!!! The park has seen lot of improvements since the new ownership has bought the property! Trees trimmed, old houses removed, lot cleaned up!
