Customer Reviews
Hi Jen and Sam...I, know Corporate had to be so proud of the Deerfield Community on there visit. It was really nice seeing the Deerfield Community all pull together. Maintenance did a great job on lawn care. I hope Corporate realizes. It's the 5 star staff. That makes the residents enjoy being a part of the Deerfield Springs Community. Great job to all.
They love fining you for anything they can, so much so that they have a fat office dude walk the park and write down anything they can fine you on. Expect a minimum of one fine per month, and it will always be something new. My 6 month old has to deal with the 90 degree heat because I can’t afford a new AC and if you use a window a/c they will GUESS WHAT? FINE YOU!!!! Avoid living here at all costs.
I wanted to take the time to say how amazing Deerfield Springs is. They have always assisted me in answering any questions I've had and helping prepare for my future. Samuel and Jen have both went above and beyond!
Best place ever to be associated woth! I have met someone wonderful people , they have a new office assistant Samuel who is very kind and helpful and Jen who is very helpful and awesome! Keep up the great work!!!!
The management is the best I have ever seen. The grounds are maintained and kept clean by maintenance. The residents are socialable and nice. This is a great place to live. Jen, you are fantastic as property manager. 🙂
