Very nice community, kept clean. My kids love it here. People are nice and haven't had any issues since living here almost a year. The only thing I wish is we had a speed bump closer to the back or kids at play signs because people drive way too fast over the last speed bump and some are careless. It's normal for kids to play as the warm weather starts, but some people are on their phones driving like its a main street and I'm scared a child might get hit one day. Other than just being a concerned mother, I've loved living here. Very well taken care of community and by the looks of it, maintenance is always doing something productive.

We've lived here for a little over a year, there's always been drainage issues and a stink that in the drains which they blame on the garbage hill near us. I know other people that live near it and don't smell so that's a lie. Just to cheap to fix it properly. They take a very long time to fix things here which is not good and thinks it's ok to go without water for to long at a time as well and don't have extra guests because they tell you at the office that don't park near the office until after office closes,so don't have a kids party during the day or your screwed and they talk to you like your trash saying if you have an oil leak don't use the office driveway,I have friends with cars worth more than a home in this place but apparently they think we're trash here and they're better even though some of the staff live here too. I like the separated cul de sac style in our park but dealing with bad workers sucks

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I would not recommend you rent unless it’s your last option. Brand new trailer has had problems since moving in. They then gaslight you to try and make it sound like it’s normal. These are thrown together and fall apart within 1 year. Run far away, unless it’s the only option you have. Whatever you do, do not sign a contract to own. You will regret it.

I lived there until my lease was up, my roommate moved out and signed the necessary paperwork. I continued to live there. When I moved out, I gave a forwarding address for my security deposit check to be sent to. They contacted my old roommate and gave him my security deposit. Not even sure what prompted them to do it.

Signed my lease 3/28/24. Actually moved in 4/13/24. Today is 6/25/24. When I signed my lease there were questions with the carpet being cleaned/repaired (it wasn't, I have pictures). Less than a month after I moved in the hot water heater went out and it took close to two weeks (maybe three) to get replaced. At that same time I had issues with my fridge, and washer. Those have been resolved. June 14th my central air quit (6/16 started the week long 105 heat index) it still isn’t replaced, BUT apparently it is on the books for July 8th, so almost a month with no central air. “My” lot is in a swampy area so when it rains my yard and sidewalk flood to the point that you can’t enter or exit without stepping in a puddle to your ankle to go up the stairs to enter. I believe the flooding is also the cause of my shed floor and door to have the wood pretty much eroded away. Several of my windows don’t open because “the springs are too tight and you just need to open them more” except not even Hercules can open these windows let alone my weenie self. The windows that do open are growing moss in them. Saturday my shower started leaking. Actually it started prior to Saturday, but Saturday it was so bad that water was literally pouring out of the wall (access point). Today someone came and fixed the shower but left up all the soaking wet, moldy drywall. I’ve tried being kind, I’ve tried asking things to be fixed nicely, but this place was a dump and should NEVER had been rented in the condition it’s in. Especially not to a family with someone on oxygen. Here’s the saddest part. I moved here because I had family rent a beautiful home here not 10 spaces from where I am, just 2 years ago and their house was amazing. Beautiful, well maintained, well worth the $1200 I’m paying. But what I got in my opinion should have been condemned. I’m beyond disappointed that I moved my family here, thinking I was “upgrading” our situation. What a joke that was.
