Been waiting for my driveway for years. Finally got some kind of an answer. " nothing wrong with it, that's the way it was laid out " We can't even fix our porch, cement is cracked and is sinking causing us to try to shimmy it up with shims and no way to correct it. The rest is cracking and chunks are coming out making the rest also uneven. We are senior citizens and handicap. We need help. Our rent has been going up for no reason ever since the new management. Nothing ever gets taken care so where is our money going for?? Just disgusting, can't afford to move. Don't know what to do. I guess I call ADA next, maybe they can help me with the driveway. Do disappointed. The 9 years we have been here it's done nothing but go down hill, the whole park.

I would not live here. Would not recommend it. They do not get rid of the young punks that live all together in one little place and cause trouble. Lots of drugs not a place for kids. Many trailers have two bedrooms and seven to nine people living there. I was going to move in there. Decided to look other places.
To many drug dealers in here,kids wondering around late at night,they walk right in the Middle of the street and refuse to move out of the way..the office people are awesome. But people running around with butcher knives in hand,people getting killed ( allegedly).homes are being broke into,people setting homes on fire.they throw big rocks at your vehicle's and break glass..The rent just went up for unknown reasons we don't see any improvement in here.So our rent increase just means someone got a raise.As soon as I get my place in order or if I can have this place moved Into a different park for free I'm out!!! Oh almost forgot Canton police are ALWAYS in here..I think they may have a sub station in here..they should since they are in here so often.Good Luck to the next good people who want to live in the arm pit of canton
Had to call corporate five times to get Sheila to waive a late fee because they're not checking the rent box at Glenridge. Been 2 years nothing's changed they show pictures of a swimming pool and clean houses have the houses don't even have skirting on them . What a joke! Just to add to this review, they're driving around giving out violations for having a basketball hoop, but yet when you pull in the park it's a dump. Don't even cut their own grass.
