Sherwood Manor, situated conveniently on US-10, aims to provide a space where residents can establish their homes and contribute to a developing community atmosphere. While like any community, it faces ongoing challenges and opportunities for improvement, the essence of mobile home living often lies in the potential for community building and the individual's ability to create a comfortable personal space.

- Lot Rental: Residents own their manufactured homes but rent the land on which their home is situated. This monthly fee usually covers access to the park's infrastructure.
- Utility Connections: Sites are typically equipped with hookups for essential utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer. Residents are generally responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility accounts, though some parks might include certain utilities in the lot rent.
- Road Maintenance: The park management is typically responsible for maintaining the internal roads within the community, ensuring safe passage for residents and visitors.
- Waste Management: Often, mobile home parks arrange for centralized garbage collection services, making waste disposal convenient for residents. This can involve designated pick-up days or shared dumpster facilities.
- Common Area Maintenance: Maintenance of shared spaces, if any exist (such as community buildings, green spaces, or playgrounds), is usually overseen by park management.
It is important for prospective residents to inquire directly with Sherwood Manor management regarding the specific services included in the lot rent and which utilities are the responsibility of the homeowner, as these details can vary from park to park.

Customer Reviews
I went to this mobile home park to drop off cat food for a woman managing a cat colony. As I drove in, I couldn't find the mobile home number. A boy about 9 years old was limping toward me. I stopped to ask him if he knew the person I was looking for. He said no but stated someone in a truck was following him and he ran up the park road to get away. He pointed to his bleeding knee and said he had fallen on the gravel and hurt his knee. So sad that he did not feel safe walking in his neighborhood. I told him I'd follow him in my car, he was afraid to get in my car. As we passed the truck and it was a very narrow passageway as garbage cans were sitting out everywhere. As I passed the truck the man beeped his horn and accelerated past us. I got the little guy to his home and told him to go in, wash his knee with soapy water and keep all the doors locked. In retrospect, I probably should have called the police. This is the scariest, dirtiest mobile park I've ever driven through. Who in gawd's name owns this ghetto??!! Horrible.
Moved here and within a year my family and I were upgrading into a larger and newer trailer. The trailer park needs a lot of work but it is slowly turning around. We are a community that needs to come together and make a difference instead of just complaining
Be careful when buying homes from this place. I'm still waiting for windows that are still so called on back order for the last year now. I was supposed to have all brand new windows in my house. Also when we moved inn they had no duct work in the house for my dryer. Kinda disappointing since that's pretty standard when buying any type of home. My deck was also rotted out when we bought the place. 😐 they made me foot the bill for the decking and a sidewalk. Over all the neighbourhood is nice and quiet on most sides of the park. The neighbours are usually pretty friendly. It's a pretty dog friendly neighbourhood too.
Great community of trailer house park in quiet area I lived there for 2 years and I had no problems to speak of.
Truly a dive amongst amongst Dives I lived there for a couple of years even though you have your own mobile home there is no privacy everybody has their nose in your business
