Bel Clare Estates is very helpful and understanding. They have helped me out so much with getting my home. Also, before winter started they went under my house to check some stuff out and while they were down there they made sure everything was ready to go for winter. This winter I have had some problems with waterlines freezing and they have been nothing more than helpful! Every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile and they are very helpful. I truly do recommend Bel Clare Estates.
The management decides their own rules, and the rules don't seem to be applied to everyone! This is a picture of the water... Which has been an ongoing issue...I think it's time to update the water system with all the raises in our rent we should have good clean drinking water! There is junk houses with mice and roaches sitting everywhere, so much junk outside these houses and they complain that I have children's toys outside. They brought in all these new trailers to sell or rent and didn't even winterize them. Also them renting has brought in some unsavory people as well. We aren't allowed to have swing sets but many people still have them and are not receiving letters about it along with fire pits, they say we aren't allowed to have them but some people even have them built into the ground, I think it's ridiculous the rules should apply to everyone! I have also had problems with management and their workers threatening me because I was unloading my groceries so I parked in front of my house. They illegally towed so many vehicles out of here, it's insanely ridiculous. It used to be such a friendly nice place to live. All the raises in our rent and we still don't even have clean drinking water? When was that water tower cleaned out last? I'm sure there has to be a law on how often it should be cleaned. Either way this water is not drinkable, my children don't even want to bathe in it! I've lived here for almost ten years now.
The water is so bad in this park it’s absolutely horrible it should not be urine looking I’m tired of it having to wake up and shower in brown yellowish water it is simply not right! Can’t even drink the water here becausr the color of the water and sometimes there’s a slight Oder from the water so I don’t know if it’s safe…. It probably is and that’s what they always say is it’s “safe to drink!” Okay, how about I bring a gallon of this yellow water to the front office or corporate and let’s have a drink while we talk about how we can fix this water problem???
When I first visited Bel Clare I remember being warmly greeted by Lily who was very patient with me and my son who was about 8 months at that time! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She responds quickly to my calls whenever I have a question or need help. She’s a very easy and peasant person to talk to. She is genuine and really cared that my son and I found a place that actually felt like home. I would recommend Lily to anyone who’s looking for their future home. Lily is respectful to everyone especially the Spanish community, even my parents have mentioned how nice of a person she is. Also, short and funny story, one day I accidentally locked myself out and I called Lily to see if she could unlock my door, I received help within minutes! Thank you Lily and your team for all that you do!
I have lived in Bel Clare for 30 years and the management has been very poor until now. She listens, She’s reasonable, And she cares about our community thank you, Lily for being the person you are!
