A very friendly place. A place that I would want to live and also has a Ruger next to it so you can go fishing. The railroad crossing is near it but only two trains come through in a week. They do not honk their horns when they do go by. The office staff are very friendly if you do have problems with your mobile home they will come in and fix things free or at low cost the neighbor seem very friendly.
Be very careful renting here. They inspect several times a year, raise the rent every year, and charge exorbitant rates if they shovel or cut your grass. The worst is if they decide that they should be charging you more because they can. They will jump your rent at lease signing. My rent jumped $80 in a year. Would not recommend
I have to say that me and Elizabeth are enjoying the trailer. The neighbors are nice. Some keeps to themselves and some reach out to say hi to a new face. So if your social it's not hard to find people to chat with and if you're antisocial it's actually pretty easy to just keep to yourself, nobody come to bother you. As for privacy if your in a trailer park it's a small community so privacy is going to happen, but it's gonna happen inside your trailer. I would say public displays of affection are up to you and there's plenty of wildlife around if you're trying to see ducks, squirrels, geese and or you have kids that want to see nature. I have caught a fish. Small mouth and Large mouth , crappie, and sunfish. This place is right by the river.
Wouldn't recommend this trailer park to any one. They would not return your deposit or any refund owed to you. Manager very rude. Not a good place to rent from.
