Bad bad bad I moved out because the lot rent lady said i never paid her when i asked on the phone if i paid she said no so she got paid 2 times in 1 month they accused me of blasting music one nebhore tried everything in there power to get me BEWARE LOT RENT LADY IS SHADY YOU CANNOT TRUST HER SHE WILL CHARGE YOU 2 TIMES BECAUSE YOU FORGOT IF YOU PAID HER AND SHE SAID I DIDNT I GUESS SHE NEEDED THAT MONEY SHE NEEDS DRUG TESTED
Nice place to live. Staff is very nice. Pool is kept up well. Could use some work on roads and would be nice to have a neighborhood clean up day to get rid of large items or a dumpster to put bulk trash in.
Stay away! Very trashy and controlling. If your not white they tend to treat you very differently. Very demanding to tenants but not helpful what so ever. I work there with a client and because the people don't know you they make up lies to try to get you to be ordered a trespass order. Elderly people that cannot do for themselves are fined for not being able to do upkeep themselves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because it is a very bad atmosphere.
