Customer Reviews
We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Farm! Our spot was well kept & spacious. We enjoyed mornings and afternoons fishing at the two tanks on the property. This added perk made our stay even better! We will miss this RV park & can’t wait to be back! Would 100% recommend to everyone! Jimmy & Terry were also a joy to work with!
We stayed a few nights in September of 2024. The park was clean and well maintained. The owners/hosts were accommodating and happy to help make sure everything was set how you needed it. There seemed to be a lot of long term campers, but it was nice and quiet! From our spot (36) we had a fun view of some farm animals just across the road.
Great Rv Park, We arrived at the park in med October of 2023. We stayed until June 3rd of 2024. If you are in the area this is the park you need to be in. Nice level gravel spaces, pedestals are well maintained, electric is solid. We lost electric 2 times in our stay but both times it was not the parks fault and it came back quickly. Water pressure is also good and be sure to use your filters. The grounds are well maintained. There is a dog park and a kids playground. There are 2 ponds that have fish in then you can fish. WiFi is offered but we did not use it as we have our own. ATT, Verizon and Tmobil work well in the park. They also have a large rental house and are working on new cabins to rent also. The large house has a pool. The owners are putting a lot of time and money into improvements to the park. They are very helpful and nice folks. You can receive mail and packages while you are here. The park in nice and quite and our neighbors were very friendly. The town of Lufkin Tx. is just 5 to 8 mins. away. No propane is sold at the park but there are many places in town to get it. At the time we were leaving the price is $175 a week and that includes electric. $395.00 + electric for a month. No contract so you pay month to month. the owners send you an email with a link to make payment. I do not know the daily rate. We had a great experience and will be back when we are in the area again.
Very small rural rv park. Be sure you are self-contained as there are no showers or restrooms. Our problem was the smell and taste of the water. Even though we had a water filter, the water was terrible. I could smell the water on my skin after showering. I would not do laundry for that reason. We ended up leaving a day early. The owner was very nice about refunding us for that day.
Just bought a new 5th wheel RV (Brinkley Z3100) and decided to take it to Lufkin, Texas and visit granddaughters. I needed a RV park that was conveniently located and could support a 35' 5th wheel. There are numerous choices around Lufkin, but the web description of The Farm RV Park seemed ideal for us. I loved the fact that all of the sites can support 30/50 amp, good water pressure and dump stations on every site. Looking around, the drives and pads are crushed concrete and maintained immaculately. Every site I saw, was perfectly level. They have a great dog park! Roomy and escape proof. :-) I have a miniature schnauzer, that we refer to as a Houdini. If there's a way out, she will find it. The Farm RV Park also has two well stocked fishing ponds; with crappie and bass. I took my granddaughters to one and they enjoyed fishing with Grandpa time. We were there for a 3-day 2-night stay. They accommodate short and long time stays, with very competitive rates. The owners are quick to respond and work with you on any special request you have/need. If you are looking for an RV park, that is convenient to Lufkin, Nacogdoches, or Sam Rayburn Lake, I highly recommend you give The Farm RV Park a try. It's far enough from the highways to give you peace and quiet and close enough to shopping and recreation conveniences.
