She also stated we would receive a free dump service with our RV site booking. So now, we needed to rebook. She was unable to simply change the other booking, nor manually adjust anything and needed to create a whole new reservation, resulting in a second $3 booking fee and no refund of the $35 cancellation fee. She attempted to use as many promo codes as she could find to get the price down, but only managed to reduce it by $15. So we ultimately paid $190 for 3 nights. Wait, there is more. We needed to extend by a day due to weather again, and we're unable to add onto our previous booking without paying a $10 reservation change fee. I booked another single night, at the regular rate, plus $3 booking fee. I went inside to confirm our reservation, got the 'all set!' From the clerk and then ultimately our electricity was turned off anyway, forcing me back inside to have it turned back on.
