Don't get entrapped into living here. You are welcome right up to the time you sign your lease. From then in you will be walking in egg shells as management watches every move you make and sticks violation notices on your door when you are conveniently away. The over charging of utilities is theft that can't be contested. If you do, you will be evicted. Retaliation is prominent and management controls tenants with fear and intimidation. This place is , in fact, under investigation and a class action lawsuit is underway against this evil organization. It's too bad, because there are a lot of good people that live in this community. But alot of them don't have the nerve to stand up for themselves or the rest of the community. I did. And I was eliminated. Stay away from this place and be Leary about other MHPs because they are all beginning to develop the same operating style which is based on greed and profits and has little or no concern about the people that live in these communities. It's sad but true.

The park is under New Ownership, read the agreement they want you to fill out. If you own your home, they have no right to take ownership of your home. They want to do a force of title so they can say it's theirs.

Connie is absolutely horrible, the management sucks. They take our money and use it on useless things making our rent payments higher, Connie and her mom (in law?) live rent free because we pay for it. They make our water bills higher because there is a water pipe leakage in the front of the park. I think the rules are unjust as Connie is a hypocrite.. "no bonfires" she had a bonfire,. "No fireworks on the 4th" her and her friend Tara had fireworks on the 4th.. "no unauthorized animals" she has/had unauthorized animals. "No weeds or things in your yard" Connie had boxes from things in her yard and weeds and uncut grass. If I could give this place a 0-5 I would. In the winters/springs the snow is plowed into our driveways, or pushed into the middle of the road making it impossible to get out of our driveways, and on multiple occasions the road wasn't even plowed, there was snow and ice making it impossible to even drive on the road. They would allow the snow to melt in the spring and then it would freeze up again into huge patches of ice. I would not recommend this place as a suitable living environment for anyone. You may as well be better off in an actual house rather than here, the prices are too high, and the whole management sucks. So please consider this review if you are a newcomer debating to live in such an environment as this. In all love - Valen
