Based on the available information, Bear Creek Camp, primarily functioning as a youth camp and group retreat, doesn't typically offer "promotions" in the commercial sense of discounts or coupons for individual campsites. However, it provides significant "special offers" in its pricing structure and commitment to accessibility, which are particularly beneficial for Indiana families:
- Tiered Pricing Model: Bear Creek Camp uses a tiered pricing model for its summer camp programs (Classic Camp, Try Camp, etc.). This model is designed to make camp accessible to families of different financial means, essentially offering built-in subsidies. This is a crucial "offer" for many Indiana families.
- Campership Funds (Financial Assistance): A prominent "special offer" is the availability of "campership funds" through donations. This means that "all are welcome at camp, regardless of ability to pay." Families can apply for these funds, often reducing the financial barrier to attending camp. They also encourage checking with local congregations for additional support.
- Inclusive Community: While not a monetary discount, the camp's stated commitment to being an "inclusive and affirming community" that welcomes campers from various denominations or no church background is a significant "offer" of belonging and acceptance for all Indiana youth.
- Off-Season Group/Family Rates: For off-season use, which is noted by a reviewer as a time for "seclusion and slower pace" for families, the camp likely has specific group rental rates. These rates would offer a different kind of value compared to individual campsites at traditional campgrounds, providing exclusive access to facilities for a private group.

Customer Reviews
This place is amazing! Such a wonderful integration of natural beauty and neat activities! My favorite was the pioneer range, especially the archery and the gun range! Please never get rid of those! ❤️
I've been to this camp a couple of times since it was sold, and have enjoyed seeing the improvements being made. Everything from trails to shower houses are being built or refurbished, and I appreciate that my kids have half several fun summer experiences here. We have gone as a family in the off-season, and like the seclusion and slower pace while visiting.
GREAT MEMORIES!! I never really liked camping, but this place is the only place I would ever camp at again! I went to my stakes Girl's Camp as a YCD, and the missionaries were so welcoming. Loved all the stations like archery, axe throwing, and shooting. Also, they have a new obstacle course that we missed out on. Also they got new bathroom area so no portable toilets anymore! With lights and even good showers!Definitely recommended!
Loved the property! Went here for girls camp and had a great time hiking, shooting, axe throwing, and archery. The camp sites had newly built platforms so your not on uneven ground. The temporary shower house was awesome and the lodge was a perfect place to gather. The cabins were nice and clean if not outdated, still, nice to sleep in when it's so humid outside.
This is now a campground owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is being refurbished by volunteers and turning out very nice! Any member of the church can reserve a site and invite friends. It is also used for many boys and girls camps during the summer. It's very beautiful and the amenities are constantly improving! They even have an 8-person cabin with AC and everything!
