Customer Reviews
My friend lives here and I came to visit It was a nice place It's not an RV park it's just a mobile home park. Although it was in the summer. The pool was closed for some reason they didn't open it this year which I thought was crap. But I'm not the one that lives there or pays rent there so who am I to complain. The overall experience was good It's a clean place to live.
Recently bought a house here was wonderful people, sweet community. Very helpful every step of the paying process.
Great place to take your children nice and clean place
I was a resident for over two years of this community. I witnessed and experienced high trailer turnover, harassment/threats by management to force mow their poor grade of land (crab grass) for high fees or be fined at least every other week and several maintenance tickets for the trailer I rented that went unserviced. After pursuing their rent to own program, their pricing did not match Nada fair pricing values. They are very greedy and try to take advantage of their tenants ignorance. Making money off of selling tenants homes way above market value so management can make their commission and drive around in luxury vehicles. Management spends a lot of time taking tenants to the eviction court hastily instead of working with tenants to establish good brand loyalty and neighborhood commodary. Management business tactics are very cut throat, inhumane, and insensitive for the times. Constant emails of neighborhood cats going missing and threats of fines. They treat their tenants like they're a number. This community has no adequate accommodations for all the children within the community which has led to vandalism costing many tenants money, riffraff, and theft. Small inadequate playground and the pool is never open. The front gate has been broken for months and anybody can get in. The back gate isn't automatic as well which is inconvenient if you live towards the back of the community. Not to also mention absorbent amounts of vet bills you'll get due to my dogs constantly getting sick- attacked by ground ticks and fleas on this unserviced poor grade of land. You can't keep your dog outside and even when they do go outside they get attacked by bugs quickly. Management will smile in your face and play dumb, but is only about business. This isn't a community. This is bad business practices at it's finest. I wouldn't recommend moving here. Save your money and go buy a home away from this trailer park drama. It's not worth the headache. Everyone that has moved out of this place is happy that they did.
It is a beautiful, family-oriented community. Me and my husband loved it so much that we have decided to live here. It is a safe community that offers so much more then just a house, it also becomes your home. The area that it is in is approximately 7 minutes out of the big city. There are children of all ages, and this is a major plus for families. The houses are all in beautiful condition, the carports are organized and all the lawns are well maintained.
