I visited somebody 3 weeks ago and the someone told him he had to remove some stuff from his yard by 12pm or be fined. Then as I'm leaving I see people's property looking WAY worse and I heard nothing was said to them. A lot of trailers look like they could use some work done.
A good home mobile community place to live in with your family, a place that is not too loud or chaotic, quite safe and it could use more improvements in their community services.
Most us old trailer need to be fix up to lease standard. Lot of empty trailer have broken windows. These torn down trailer need to demolish it.
My mom lives there and I had lived there years ago I would not give it three stars it has really been ran down ... due to lack of real management on what people can build or add to thier lots and the parking sucks...
