I have lived in several RV Parks and this is by far the worst! My family suffered at the hands of the manager and owners. The manager killed our beloved cat,,And then they took off our second cat. We never got our mail. In the time we lived there we got mail twice once when we went to court, and again on our way out the of there. They tried to get our RV and did not give us the mail with legal papers until it was almost too late! By the grace of God and my husband that we got out of there DON'T GO THERE!!!

The manager sleeps all day I barely see him out and he’s up all night doing god knows what and he has mail all stacked up in his shed, I had bought a new cash app card since my old one broke and I didn’t get it until a week after it was delivered after constantly asking him if he had a my card. He has also “lost” peoples rent money and is accusing my grandma who also lives in this park that she is behind when she isn’t. I moved here in march and he had caused problems with my dad twice already, he had also chased my moms best friend because she was going “30” in the park when she wasn’t, she had a big SUV I believe and had to push on the gas a little more to turn into the park. Then he had threatened to give my mom and my dad and a fine for my mom’s best friend “speeding”. Overall I just don’t think Joe is fit to be a manager for this park.

This part is the most disgusting place to live in. I go and see a friend of mine who lives in this RV park. Every time that I see drug activity going on in the back can make it pretty frank to be lot number 59 always always traffic through there and you can tell they're high because of the things that they are doing. The management there doesn't even care what goes on because I believe they're on the drugs as well. So I can see why y'all have a 3.7 star review because of all of the activity. I thought about moving in there myself at one time but as I visit this place there is no way I would ever submit my family to live in such a God awful place. Whoever the owner is you guys really need to check your residents and your management The place is just filth and trash.
