Horrible place to move. Lot rent is crazy expensive for the size of lot you get. My husband has gotten his truck broke Into a couple times. Neighbors throw their trash in your bins. Also There is a serious stray cat problem that they dont care about. The visitor parking ir terrible.Office personnel is bad at answering your calls and when they do they always seem to be in a bad mood. Pool is so little only 3ft tall. There has been plans to build the new amenities center for over 3 yrs now and nothing has been done.

I’m been living here 4-5 months not happy at all there is not parking spots for visitors they have few close to the office and we are I the other side of the property so I pay $1000 bucks for add extra parking at the house but this guys added a little bit which I not happy with that . Pls pls o will recommend think twice before get home here . There is a lot people are leaving this .cus there is only 2 parking spots when you purchased 3-4 bedrooms but is very expensive and the laner of wall falling apart they . .I regret it that charging me for parks on side roads. Etc . So not works it .

Oak Ranch became my home 2 years Ago. I have friend that are neighbors And enjoy the clubhouse and all the Activities to join and we have a good time. YES, I enjoy living here and this will be my last home. The Oak Ranch employee are THE BEST and work very Hard.

Having lived here for a couple of years, I regret to say that my experience has been less than satisfactory due to what I perceive to be unequal treatment and favoritism displayed by our property manager. It has become apparent to me that the manager is inclined to harass individuals based on personal preference, while turning a blind eye to violations committed by other residents. This not only creates a negative living environment but also undermines the integrity of the property rules and policies that are in place. While I fully acknowledge the necessity of rules and policies for the smooth functioning of our community, I believe that they should be consistently enforced for all residents, without any bias or exceptions. Fair and equitable treatment is crucial in fostering a sense of community and ensuring that everyone abides by the same standards.
