Glenridge Manor Mobile Home Park

I'm a current resident. My family enjoys it here. We love taking walks around the park, we feel safe here. We visit the playground & pool regularly in the summer time. We know our neighbors & sometimes visit with them, all kind people. Mostly families & retired folk. Quiet by my house. There's a few times a year we'll see turkeys or other critters. I've had to call the office a few times and they always help out. I saw someone mention people here being rude- I've been here about 2.5 years & honest to goodness there are so many friendly people we encounter on our walks, we visit with our neighbors frequently, and my son finds kids to play with at the playground & pool.

My mother-in-law lives here. I actually love my mother-in-law, so if we think this place is good enough for her, it is a very nice place.

It seems like a decent place no burned out meth lab trailers setting around . Has a playground for kids and a pool tennis court. Looks alright. Well having lived here for a year now I can tell you it's a decent place quiet police aren't coming here all the time management does a good job keeping the idiots out . Only thing I don't like is the electric company paulding putman expensive and a high deposit payment . Off street parking is plus also very reasonable lot rent water and trash hard to beat in today's economy and real estate market

Decent amount of space between homes. I live towards the back, which is more empty than the front which I like. Neighbors keep to themselves, but are friendly and wave whenever I see them out. Very quiet and feels safe. Sonny, the manager, has been great. It has a good selection of amenities. Parking is alright, but sometimes when others have guests park in the street it can be hard to get out of your driveway. My driveway has a steep slope, and that is one of the few things I don't like about this place. Very good community overall.

It's pretty 50/50 most of the trailers seen to be in good shape. Its not the quietest place but seems relatively safe. You need your own loan to buy a home they do not finance. They do have nice amenities available to their residents. But also good luck ordering food drivers struggle to find the homes as the roads are poorly marked.
