Horrible management, the manager lady miss Maria is an incompetent person, over charge for water and sewage, you bring problems to her attention they fall on deaf ears, takes forever for her to get back to you about issues, almost never answers the phone, I don’t understand how this person is in charge of the management of two different parks when can’t even handle one, if you planning to move here do yourself a favor and don’t you’ll safe yourself a tons of headaches and bad experiences.
