Very well managed lower income mobile home park. Clean. Well kept. Good manager!
Apr 03, 2025 · Delwin GossSort of Affordable but lacks services. Garbage piles up at dumpsters. Swimming pool wasn't open this Summer. New owner closed laundry mat. Office only open couple of hours a day. No full time staff. No security in a high crime neighborhood. Rents raised several times in the last couple of years. Becoming less and less affordable.
May 30, 2017 · Delwin GossWell not much has changed over there still ghetto but I grew up ghetto so I'm used to it. I really hate all these new people moving here from other states then complain about how it is here.
Jul 13, 2023 · Lee GuerreroI manage a different park Delwin, but likely the reason the pool stays closed is because of rocks and mud balls being thrown in. It is a shame, but a few kids that use it can mess it up for everyone else. If the chemicals can't easily stay balanced, then it is easier to keep pool closed. Unfortunately, if there are vandals that throw stuff in it can be hard to catch them. We filled our pool up because of this reason. The balance has to be maintained daily for it to be open.
Aug 31, 2016 · Wayside ParkI grew up here! I jus love this neighborhood. My mom jus moved back to and hopefully my niece will be able to experience that great childhood i had.
