Lincoln Park Manufactured Home Community, like other professional mobile home parks, provides a foundational set of services designed to ensure a functional and maintained living environment for its residents. While specific details can vary, these services are essential for supporting the manufactured home lifestyle.
- Lot Rental: The core service is the rental of the land lot where residents place their manufactured home. This typically includes access to necessary utility hookups (e.g., water, sewer, electricity), though residents are generally responsible for their individual utility bills.
- Community Management: The community operates under management that oversees daily operations, addresses resident concerns, and enforces community rules. While a review indicates past communication challenges, the very act of residents expressing their feelings suggests a channel for communication with management, implying an ongoing effort to address issues.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Reviews explicitly mention that "the roads got repaired," indicating a commitment by management to maintain the park's infrastructure. This includes keeping roads navigable and presumably other common areas in good order. Residents also highlighted "snow removal" as an area for further improvement, suggesting this is a service provided, even if subject to ongoing enhancement.
- Utility Access: Residents are provided with the necessary connections for essential utilities, including water, wastewater, and electrical hookups for their homes. Details regarding trash collection and other potential services would be part of the lease agreement.
- Community Rules and Guidelines: To ensure a harmonious living environment, the park establishes and enforces community rules and regulations. While a resident mentioned new rules regarding parking, this is a standard service in managed communities aimed at maintaining order and fairness.
- Off-Street Parking: While parking management is a point of discussion, the presence of "parking spaces" and a "parking lot" indicates that off-street parking is provided for residents' vehicles within the community.
Prospective residents are always encouraged to contact Lincoln Park Manufactured Home Community directly to obtain a comprehensive understanding of all services included in the lot rent, any associated fees, and other specific details regarding the community's operations and policies.

Customer Reviews
As a resident for over 12 years I want to express a feeling that I and other long time residents like me have, the problem that is happening is the problem with the parking spaces. The new residents are told that no one has parking when the people who have been here longer have been using the same parking lot for years because the previous owners assigned parking. I know that you are the new owners and you have your rules but these rules also have their pros and cons. If you want to make this a good community to live in, residents also have the right to express their feelings and try to make things work better as residents and solve the parking problems because it would be sad if a misfortune happens between residents for something that can be solved by assigning parking and not creating enmity between residents. Thank you and God bless you.
It's trying to get updated and the roads got repaired now just work on snow removal that be excellent
I went there to drop-off groceries and the niebors were starring out the windows & came out their mobile homes. The vibes were very strange, especially the lady & the dog.
Roads aren’t being plowed correctly or salted. Pay a lot of money for this tiny lot at least you can get the roads cleared. Always posting yellow slips if your tiny yard isn’t kept up or grass cut. Lot rent went up 35 bucks for some kind of retaining wall and for the asphalt of the community this is just a story to up everyone’s lot rent seeing as the roads are a complete mess during winter months and haven’t see any work done on the roads during the summer months.
I live here, the people are very nice. The only thing is nothing is included like most Mobil Home Parks and in the winter they don't plow good.
