I lived here for 4 years and I have to say that for the price you pay it is a great mobile home park. I have lived in other mobile home parks that try to basically control your life and want to find you for the smallest things. I have never had any issues with the neighbors and for the most part it's a very quiet place to live and everybody minds their own business. I think that it has new management and they are trying to clean the park up a little bit but that is not a bad thing. Melissa who is the park manager is the most amazing person ever and will try to help you with whatever issues you have out of the kindness of her heart :-). I recommend living here.

This park has been under new management since the fall of 2021. They have paved the park roads and have done a great deal of improvements to the park. Management is easy to contact at all hours of the day or night. Try to address issues as soon as they arise
