Lived here a few years now, it's not bad. The neighbors is usually quiet. Sometimes a body neighbor will move in but they don't usually stay long. Centis has been quite good to us when it comes to necessary repairs. I can't really complain too much. Just don't nice in next to me if you're loud.

Trailers are falling apart maintenance does not keep them up the way they're supposed to be roof leaks floors are falling in and I have never seen so many fleas in my life you walk outside in the grass you'll have them all over you before you walked back inside you can spray the house over and over and over spray your yard over and over and over we do it every week and they're still there
