I stayed at this campground many years ago while traveling on a motorcycle. It was after the normal season so they only charged me 1 dollar to camp in a tent. Great memories waking up beside the lake in the morning mist.

This campground is probably fine for tent camping or small rigs but for our 35ft fifth wheel not so much. Hard to make the turn off the road to get through the brick columns. We walked down to the site to check things out before trying to enter. I was told they had electric for a RV but it consisted of an uncovered 110 outlet attached to a tree. Ground was wet and we did not want to risk getting stuck so we left. The man was nice enough and helped stop traffic while we backed out into the street to turn around.

Just spent 2 days at this campground it was a very relaxing and wonderful time. Took our grandaughter and she loved the fishing even though she only caught a bluegill it was a memorable time and the host could not have made us more at home even though we were a last minute reservation on a holiday weekend hope to come back soon weather permitting thanks once again Floyd for a wonderful camping experience.
