We absolutely love this campground, nestled beautifully between the mountains. The roads can be a bit challenging with a camper, but it's well worth the effort! We enjoyed a 10-day stay in 2023 and returned in 2024 as camp hosts. Be sure to follow the signs to Horseshoe Campground, as GPS can sometimes lead you to the YLA camp. Though there are no showers, dump station, or cell phone coverage, it's a perfect place to unwind and unplug in nature's beauty!

My kids went to summer camp here and loved it! Highly recommend it! Update my kids have been here 2 years in a row and they had a blast! It's nice to be able to drop them off for a week and then have a great time meet great friends and mom and dad. Not worry if they're safe! Also, it's a great time for digital downtime! No cell phones, no internet, just good old-fashioned nature!

Wasn't a big fan. People were friendly but amenities sucked. Although there were flushing toilets there weren't any showers available. I came home with infection where it really hurts. Sorry to be blunt but if you run a facility you should have all things available. Next thing is, I'm handicapped and had no reasonable access to the river. Not even Cool. Won't be visiting again until things change.
