May 18, 2025 Β· Tami HappyWe spent hours... weeks even trying to find a campground away from the highways, noise, and lights. This quiet place had beautiful mountain views. The price's were resonable, the host treated us like family, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There were so many details most campgrounds don't take the time to do. It was obvious the host had really taken great care. Did I mention the amazing stars at night!!! It was exactly what we needed to recoup. Hoping God opens doors so we can one day return to our West Virginia haven. We found it just as beautiful as North Carolina but without all the touristy stuff or people.
