Brooklyn Heights Campground is a fantastic place to stay! The campground is well-maintained and very clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The host was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests’ needs. One thing to note is that it can get quite windy, so be prepared if you’re tent camping or setting up an awning. That said, the price was very fair for the quality of the facilities and hospitality. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Gorgeous campground! Owner was friendly and led an amazing group hike with lunch after. We stayed on one of the river front sites. Swam (polar plunge) and used the freezing water to keep our food cold. Cell phone service was great, and short walk to portapotty.

Super nice campground. Facilities are well maintained, bathrooms are kept very clean. Safe area we were able to leave our tent up when not at the camp without worries. Owner was very nice, took us on a hike up to the waterfalls in the back of the property so if you are up for some bouldering I'd suggest asking about that. It's a rough hike without a trail but you see tons of caves and some incredible waterfalls. I will say all the camp sites are pretty close to each other (you can see your neighbors) but everyone is pretty nice. Quiet hours are well respected. Overall very nice campground!

We just spent three nights at RV Site 2 and loved every minute of it. The campground may be relatively new, but it’s already a standout. The site was clean, spacious, and well laid out, and the amenities were excellent for a relaxing stay. Biking and walking around the area is a must—the natural scenery is breathtaking. The river shore is a true highlight, offering peaceful views and a quiet place to unwind. At night, the soft sound of the river created a unique and calming experience we won’t forget. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to creating a welcoming space. This is a secluded gem with great potential, and we can’t wait to come back as it continues to grow. Highly recommend to fellow campers looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

This campground is EXACTLY what we have been looking for! The owner is active and goes way above and beyond assisting you and the scenery is beyond words. All of the sites are VERY spacious, not piled in like most of the commercialized places. We set two rather large tents on ours, a 6 person and an 8 person, plus it has a shed/cabin that is a great idea for food storage and two beds comfortable enough for if you don’t want to set a tent, or get out of the weather. All the other campers were friendly and helpful pointing out scenery and points of interest. Was the granbabies (three under 5 years old) first camping experience and he helped ensure it was memorable and enjoyable for us all. I could go on, but honestly it’s a place that just needs experiencing. Ten stars if that was an option!!!
