Trashy honestly. Back of the park not so bad but to be honest I wouldn't move there even if I was 55. The location is horrible and it's cluttered.
I have lived in this park for 10 years, it is a nice park where everyone knows you're name.
I think the management of this park is outstanding! Making many improvements to keep this park nice and safe. Lot rent is reasonable and quick they are to help with any issues with maintenance. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone that is looking for a quiet clean place to live!
Castaway Key has really turned things around this past year alone! They are bringing the community closer with all kinds of events at the clubhouse as well as started bringing in brand new homes to be sold! I'm just a caretaker that visits weekly, however I'm definitely considering being part of this friendly community my self! Come check it out yourself!
Currently, we hereby wish to inform you of our dissatisfaction with the management of the park. Our dissatisfaction is not an isolated case. We hope that the new owner will be respectful of his tenants. We love this place and the people we hang out with, but an administration that is more comprehensive to the needs of its tenants will be greatly appreciated.
