Lecompton Manufactured Home Community About
For many Kansans, finding a place to call home that combines affordability with a desirable community atmosphere is a key goal. Today, we're focusing on Lecompton Manufactured Home Community, located in the charming town of Lecompton, KS, which aims to provide comfortable and accessible living options for residents across the Sunflower State.
Manufactured home living has seen significant advancements, moving beyond outdated perceptions to offer modern, well-designed homes in community settings. The appeal often lies in the lower initial costs compared to site-built homes, potentially reduced property taxes (as you typically own the home but lease the lot), and the opportunity to become part of a close-knit community. For those in Kansas, where the balance of cost and quality of life is important, a manufactured home community like Lecompton can be a compelling choice for individuals, families, and those seeking to downsize.
Lecompton Manufactured Home Community presents itself as a place where residents can find their "forever home," blending small-town tranquility with the convenience of being close to larger hubs. They offer a range of new and pre-owned homes, with flexible financing and lease options designed to make the transition to manufactured home living easier. While this article aims to provide a comprehensive and factual overview based on publicly available information, it's always advisable to contact the community directly for the most current details regarding available homes, rental terms, and specific community guidelines.

Customer Reviews
I lived in this trailer park for several years, I consistently had issues with the management and a neighbor or two. The parking sucks, the rent is too high, and it is over ran by feral cats.
After this place sold my paperwork that got me off the lease magically disappeared and the new owners won't let me get off the lease they put me on. I haven't lived there in almost two years. It's been months now and they don't pick up my calls or return them. I have the paperwork that states that I was taken off the lease but they just want to just keep me on the lease even though I was the one that sold it to her and they approved her
My family and I moved here over 3 years ago. We love the clean, Beautiful, well organized park. Lana Keever, our park manager, has been working her fanny off getting the park in more shape. I love the touch of having flower beds, new play ground equipment for the kids.Lana and her crew are ROCKING THIS PARK!!🤪 Thankyou for your hard work. You are so very much appreciated
My Brother and I just had the best experience in signing our lease for our first home. Was simple, quick and Lana was very nice. Can't wait to get moved in.
Lana Keever was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond anyone I have dealt with thus far. She was compassionate and understanding of all the hardships we have had through COVID. Never once did she make my family or myself feel judged and I would recommend her mobile home community to anyone and everyone who has experienced any issues getting heard or helped due to the true hardships that 2020 may have done to your family. She is a straight forward and honest with gentle delivery of any info she has to give to you. Her ultimate goal is to help and make sure the community is a good fit for you as well as the community. My own personal opinion is that the mobile home community in Lecompton is well kept, clean, and peaceful. I will always be so grateful and blessed to have her on my side and make our dreams a true reality!!
