I think Fourche Creek RV Park is an excellent place to camp. I camped there for the Total Eclipse in 2024. There is plenty of grass and shade trees for camping and water hydrants provide water for cooking. Prices for camping and food are very reasonable. Beautiful scenery and only one mile down a gravel road off the main highway so it is also quiet. The flush bathrooms and showers are very clean. Dan and Kelly are excellent hosts. I will stay there again when I find myself in the Doniphan, Missouri area.
Apr 15, 2024 · DesertRat332Hosts were so extremely nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything they needed. Camping here for Eclipse 2024 was the perfect experience for my sister and I. RV hookups worked great and the shower / restroom facilities even had hot water. I hear they have great fishing opportunities as well though that is not what we were there for. It was beautiful! Thanks for allowing us to join you.
Apr 11, 2024 · Evonne HackettIf you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of the outdoors, this is the place for you. We had the most relaxing four days we’ve had in years while staying here for the eclipse. The folks here were so kind and welcoming.
Apr 11, 2024 · Michelle StootsWe had such a great time. We loved being away from the everyday noise. The quietness and peaceful setting was very welcoming. We enjoyed stargazing as there very little light pollution in this area. We even got to hear a barred owl in the middle of the night. The place was very clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay for the solar eclipse.
Apr 11, 2024 · Randy VidetichWent for Eclipse. Camping in a grass field, reasonably dispersed. Water and power available at sites. Its down a dirt road, directions are difficult, if its more than a mile or two down the dirt road, you went from the wrong entrance and should not have to ford the stream the way we did. Loved the experience though
