We purchased a new manufactured home in Kastaway Key to start snow birding next year! We live out of state and Candice made the entire process very easy and seamless considering it was 100% remote. My neighbors and others in the community are awesome and made us feel right at home. Candice is a great property manager and also lives in the community so has become a great neighbor as well. Looking forward to the winter of 2026 :)
I just purchased a home in Kastaway Key, Candice the Community Manager was very nice and helpful and made the buying process easy. The Maintenance staff has been great in answering all the questions I have had. The community is very quiet and laid back, great retirement spot.
I looked at almost every park in the surrounding counties but I couldn’t get anyone to show me my options and discuss the features of the properties until I met Candy here at Kastaway Key. She was so approachable, she took the time to listen to my specific needs, and I didn’t feel any sales pressure. When I did finally make my choice, it was with complete confidence that it was the right one for me. I am so grateful to Candy for helping me find my happy home!

I am so greatful to live in this community. The management here is much better than other communities I have lived in before. We have neighbors that help neighbors making it feel like a family not just a place to live. Our Maintenance man is awesome!!! He is always there when we need him and goes out of his way to help for example… the last hurricane Bill, Candice and Dan volunteered to constantly driveour community that night making sure everyone was safe and and no damage done to the community. I know some people don’t like or want to be apart of the change but Candice is more than a welcome asset to us. Her and Bill make a great Team. So sorry hear that we have a sad few that can’t seem to see that most of us here welcome these changes. Maybe instead of just complaining try to be a part of the community and the much needed positive changes that are happening within it.
