Customer Reviews
I just sold my property in gold tree and moved to the middle of the state. I would have liked to shared my views of that community earlier but was reluctant to express my thoughts for fear it would hinder my sale from going through. The present board of directors and manager made it almost impossible to sell our home. They claim you can not have an open house because there is not to be any commercial activity in the community. Although they continue to permit certain individuals to conduct commercial businesses while living in the community. A double standard is extremely evident in this community. My wife and I resided there for six years with hopes this problem would soon end but it has only gotten worse. If you are a resident of this community, you are aware of this problem but afraid to admit it. We will miss the friends we had made while living there.
If you like being fined and having people enforce ridiculous rules, then this is the place for you! Also, our friends were told they couldn’t have an open house so good luck selling when you decide to leave…which won’t take long.
We were visiting friends who live here. It is a very nice 55+ mobile home community. Attractive, well-maintained, and quiet. Nice pool and community building. Lots of activities according to our friends.
This is a nice 55+ park but the home I was interested in was way over priced and didn't have a co-op share which will cost $50,000 if the sell them again. Plus lot rent without share was high and even if you had a share it was still expensive.
Not a motorcycle friendy community. Love the people in the park. Board is very controlling and should allow the manger to do her job in day to day operations.
