SumLords for sure The new owners that recently brought the property is For sure a Sad Case Of Property management , they are making the property A Mexican mobile home park The Lady in the office is Mexican and she is A Thief and A Liar she is wrongfully putting tenants out of the homes, The Trailers that's in good condition That will sell they create a bogus lie or just flat out give u no reason to why their not renewing your lease, so u can vacate the home, Any repairs u need fix it takes months to be done and they will add charges to your rent to pay the contractor for fixing it , The AC Units threw out the mobile homes don't work In most of the trailers so they are now putting window units in which they have mold inside of the air conditioners to because there old units , Most of every trailer is Contaminated with mold somewhere in the units either the flooring ,the bathrooms,under the kitchen sink , the Walls have Water damage due to the rain leaks threw the Ceilings ,Are Windows to be honests alot of the homes are unsafe due to mold , but they rather sale the home then truly fix them cause they know the trailers need Alot of work , andr the catch is u can not move it off the property they are just to budget tight And Money Greedy to actually do the removal,repairs and remodeling ,They care more about how the Office looks then the Homes itself they just want to sell them so they can just collect payments that's it and not be responsible for fixing anything, It's A $15 Trash cost every month, they have been doing Easy fixes to make the trailers LOOK NICE on the outside but under the surface once u purchased the homes all of the problems are yours the roofing was just painted over but the leaks comes threw the walls and floorings so it creates mold, They paint over the problems instead if actually fixing the problem ,I feel its wrong to sell mold infested mobile homes are even letting current tenants live in these conditions but lately all the new tenants have been Mexicans literally every trailer thats up for sell have been remodeled cheaply , New porches ,New window sidings ,but everything else have been painted over to look new , from the rust to the mold ,I was a victim and I wanted to alert anybody else that was thinking about purchasing or renting At this mobile home park Be very careful The property management is very deceitful And SumLords they only care about collecting Payments this is not a safe property for anybody with kids or individuals with breathing issues ,or elderly the homes are contaminated with rust and mold everywhere So Please be careful And Don't fall Victim like I Did they Do not care about You are Your Family At All As Tenants if I could give Zero stars I most definitely would cause it is not right and it Not Safe Either
