It's got a lot of potholes in the driveways, but the manager is nice and easy to deal with. There is a handyman on the property to help with any repairs or maintenance, but he is not employed by the park. Family friendly park.
It's a economical places. They allow RV parking and motorhomes . You pay $11 a night , if you stay longer, then they give you a rental agreement, police check. But it's perfect for evangelist , missionary, and people on a budget. Must check in before 5pm
Mobile Homes & some campers here. There are 3 avenues (remindful of a trident - Ψ) lined w/ homes on either side. Almost no trash - well kept. Seems peaceful & quiet. ▪ This is the location where Google Maps designated Lamar County Cemetery was located. Took weeks to get that faux pas changed on Google Maps. Success!
It just a bumpy ride where the drive needs a fixed but pretty quiet place.
