Nice setting, clean and well layed out. Only problem is their pet policy. Apparently the owners are not animal lovers. Aproved us and then told us we had to get rid of one of our dog family members without meeting or checking him out. If they had bothered to check with our referances they would have found that he's better behaved than most children.
after having a month in advance had to wait almost 48 hours for water which is AGAINST THE LAW, our pipes bursted Bc of matinence negligence and our place flooded. Once again no response from landlord or matinence... about to leave and sue
Quiet neighborhood. Road could use some resurfacing but you can tell that the highway dept does a great job at keeping the potholes filled.
My grandma who is 83 cant even afford to live there on her social security income. Prices are ridiculous for a trailer park.
