I wouldn't live here again. Since management has changed its been one problem after another. Cannot get management to respond to phone messages or emails when you want to file a complaint or have a question about your statement. Management is very seldom in the office during the hours they are suppose to be open. If I wanted to buy a new trailer, I cant help but think management would answer the phone or email. I will not live here again. One day I will move and leave this place forever.
Worst management outfit I've ever delt with. Pool never opens always an issue. Snow removal stink. An no salt and sand placed down during our last last bit of snow and slippery during the morning of! It was better here when Iwe had the previous owners! As soon as I can pull my home out I'm out of here!!
If I could give them a 0, I would. The park used to be a wonderful place when it was owned by Win Moses and the office was run by Sharon and Farrell. The current owners have decided to nickel and dime us to death from now paying for trash pick up that used to be INCLUDED in our lot rent, but now we`re charged an additional $9.30 (double dipping), to paying a $5.00 processing fee for paying your rent via check even though Harmony Holdings accepted checks without fees when they acquired the park. Also our water is metered so you should be charged for usage, but Harmony Holdings has decided to charge you $15 if your usage doesn`t meet a certain amount (so much for the water being metered if they can charge you what they want)or your bill is totally wrong. And last but not least, the substantial rental increases yearly. They've also had at least 5 different office people in the last few years who must be allergic to the telephone. And if you do reach the office with questions regarding the many increases, the lady says she`s just doing what she`s told. There have been several months we've received our lot bill after the due date or a few days before it's due. The community is no longer what it used to be and I would advise anyone looking to buy here to look elsewhere. The current owners do everything they can to inconvenience tenants while continually increasing costs. Lot rent is now increasing $20 more dollars in June.
Well, it was a great neighborhood to live in! We've been here 11 years, and now we can't WAIT TO LEAVE! Management was bought out, and since then, rents up, people can rent out trailers. No more background checks, and so pretty much anyone can be in here now. Just seems to be going downhill and FAST!!!
