I'm standing outside the office right now to ask about the "precautionary boil water notice" we received before the weekend (second weekend in a row our water has been contaminated) and the property manager won't unlock the door or answer her phone for communication over the issue. It is currently 9:41 in the morning and her car is outside.

STORY TIME! Moved out back in August '23, and dealing with the management has been a nightmare. They were so unhelpful when we wanted to sell our trailer. Kept saying "I don't know" and giving us the runaround. Even when we finally got it listed, they were useless with updates. We had to lower the price ourselves months after because they didn't bother to tell us it was too high. And get this, when we found a buyer on our own within a day or two of lowering the price on our end, suddenly they wanted it back! after telling us on 3 different occasions that, "they are in the business of selling homes not buying them." Now, months after selling, we're still stuck paying lot rent because the buyer hasn't moved it. (the buyer has reimbursed us so far) And guess who they're threatening with abandonment fees? Us, not the guy who actually owns the trailer now! Corporate's no help either, blaming us for not following "proper channels." as if I didn't start with their office.100% felt like they were trying to strong arm us into abandoning it by hoping we couldnt keep up on the lot rent advice to others, read your lease, watch your bills, and document everything. These guys will find any way to screw you over. and if you want to sell your trailer and they are giving you the run around tell them you are considering a private offer that would involve the trailer getting pulled. I also recommend hiring a home inspector to walk the trailer with you. yes you have to pay for it but I guarantee it saves you some major headache. We are looking into an attorney to see what our options are moving forward if they choose to file abandonment on us. hopefully, it won't come to that but I'll be ready if it does.

Lot rent goes up every year but nothing changes. The road just flooded again last month. People running around breaking into homes. Loud music. Driving to fast. I can't wait to move.
