Christina was such a pleasure to work with. Got us in a place in such a short amount of time. The homes are mostly lived in but look immaculate inside and out. So affordable as well!!!

My daughter just purchased a mobile home through this park. Her furnace isn't working and the park manager is completely ignoring her phone calls and messages. Very poor service after spending a lot of money. Also took 6 months to complete the purchase of the home. Update: Do not buy homes from this company. Cosmetic changes are made to cover up serious structural issues. Underneath homes insulation is not repaired, no vapor barrier, plumbing is substandard, work is not done by licensed contractors, roofs are not repaired properly leading to leaks and mold you can't see. Used materials are put in and sold as new. Property taxes are outrageous. And if you pay lot rent late they take you to court and charge almost $400 in addition to your rent. If you can't pay they will take your house even if you own it. Not allowed to have swings, etc in your yard for your kids to play but the playground isn't maintained, kids broke glass on basketball hoop and the glass was just left on the playground. Renting an apartment is a better choice than this place.

Trailer Park which leaves slot to be desired. There is no laundry mat. There is no park for children. If you have children there is nothing here for them. Keep looking people. The lot rent is outrageous it is 400.00 per month.

Mobile homes are older. Yards are not well taken care of. Lot rent is outrageous. They have no play ground for children. To close to highway 30 which is very dangerous. Many semi accidents in a 7 mile range. From semis running red lights.

Good place to live so far only thing I can say is save up a few hundred before you move in for a qualified home inspector it may save you thousands on something that is supposed to be move in ready
