Any place the management has common sense is a place for us. We travel with 2 high energy pointers. The manager was working out by the playground assembling new equipment. I asked if I did not bother anyone could my dogs play ball since they had been in the truck all day. She said “ of course - be respectful and leash them if you see other dogs out. What a wonderful thing. This morning both dogs are worn out and ready to travel. This is my kinda place. Not fancy but really nice

While I haven’t arrived yet, this is simply a review about my booking. I booked my reservation in March 2024. I paid the lock fee so I could be next to my sister while visiting Kentucky. Apparently the lock fee means nothing. I was moved without notification because the space I locked is for monthly visitors….then why let me book it to begin with? I’m not one to be negative or bad mouth a business normally but this one just really got me. I’m hoping that our stay there will cause me to give the park a wonderful review after being there in a couple weeks. Ugh!

I advise not using this business. They will take your money. The places is a shed with no shower. I'm out $900 and they wanted me to send them $700 the next day. I haven't contacted them yet but I was planning on leaving because this is a joke. Yes no refunds but I stayed a couple days and they changed my code outta know where... I just said screw it and left to get a hotel. I paid $900 and then two days later they want $700 and then they said that it was $124 well 2 days I paid $900 and then two days later they want $700 and then they said that it was $124 well 2 days after I moved in. Yeah I do not even know what the 124 is after I just paid 900.

Although I have only been here 1 month I’m giving this place 1 star. As I am reading all the other reviews I can say we have been getting harassed left and right. I have asked to speak to the owner but management said I can NOT. The very first week of my arrival I was given warnings , verbal and written. My dog has also been harassed by another rv owner, telling me he will call the dog pound if he ever sees my dog out. I’ve been told I cannot have stuff under the Rv and that if I don’t comply I will get kicked out. I will insert pictures of other Rvs with plenty of stuff outside. I’m only here for work but this experience has been awful. Restrooms are not kept clean they are moldy and you have to take your own toiletries. Laundry room works when ever it wants and so on and so forth.
